One Loop wasn't conceived as software.
I was asked to review a QA scorecard.
What I found wasn't a scoring problem. It was a continuity problem.
Training happened. QA happened. Coaching happened. Development happened.
But they weren't necessarily happening together.
I'm an induction and sales training specialist, not a software developer. I built One Loop because I wanted development to continue after somebody left the training room.
The original question was simple: if QA identifies something, what happens next?
One Loop is the answer I ended up building.
Glynn Root, Founder
Why it's built the way it is.
Built from operational experience
Designed around a real QA, coaching and development problem rather than a hypothetical software brief.
A proven workflow
The operating model behind One Loop has been used day to day: scoring, coaching, monitoring and learning as one routine.
Repeatable deployment
Provisioning is scripted. In a controlled test, a blank environment was fully configured in 55 minutes.
Let's talk about your loop.
If QA, coaching, learning and development already exist in your operation, the interesting conversation is what happens between them.
